What you need to apply for admission
Age Requirement
Students must be of appropriate age for their intended class level (S.1-S.4).
Academic Records
Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) certificate or previous school report cards.
Birth Certificate
Original birth certificate or certified copy for age verification.
Passport Photos
Recent passport-sized photographs (4 copies) for school records.
Medical Records
Health assessment form completed by a certified medical practitioner.
Guardian Information
Contact details and identification of parent or legal guardian.

Download the form from our website or collect it from the school office during working hours.
Complete Application
Fill out all sections accurately and attach required documents (certified copies).
Submit Application
Submit to the school office in person or send via registered mail to P.O Box 175, Ntungamo.
Review Process
Applications are reviewed within 2 weeks. We contact successful applicants by phone.
Confirmation
Pay registration fees and receive admission letter confirming placement.
Orientation
Attend orientation day to meet teachers, receive timetable, and tour facilities.
